The start date-time for the distance-driven statistics, as defined by RFC 3339, section 5.6, for example, 2017-07-21T00:00:00Z. Limited to a 90-day window with respect to from and to.

The end date-time for the distance-driven statistics, in UTC.

uuid

The optional connection ID to filter the statistics by a specific account.
